Experience something unforgettable at the wheel of a Formula 1 car
Can you drive a Formula 1 car without becoming a professional racing driver? Certain supervised programmes let you move from spectator to driver, provided you meet the participation requirements and follow the organiser’s instructions.
EVASION Club opens a door into this world through different driving programmes. This archive mentioned Magny-Cours Grand Prix, Navarra and Barcelona-Catalunya in particular. Today’s available circuits and programmes are those listed in current offers and confirmed by the team.
For enthusiasts, taking control of a single-seater is a rare and exciting experience. These machines are complex feats of engineering. Development budgets for a modern F1 car should not, however, be confused with the value of a historic car or the price of a driving programme.
A driving licence alone does not guarantee access to a single-seater or any particular speed. The programme includes technical preparation covering the car and circuit; eligibility, equipment and instructions are clarified before the session. Progress and driving pace remain under the instructors’ supervision.
At the circuit, you also meet people who share your passion and are fulfilling a dream of their own. The driving experience becomes an opportunity to connect with other motorsport enthusiasts.
These experiences offer a different perspective on Formula 1. Instructors guide you as you discover the sensations, power and forces unique to these cars.
Far from an ordinary driving lesson, you step for a moment into the world of a racing driver.
Sitting in an F1 car introduces you to the sensations of a single-seater. Some programmes described in this archive also offer a three-seater experience, allowing you to share the moment with someone close, under the terms of the chosen package.
Preparation laps give you the opportunity to find your reference points and develop your skills. Speed is then built progressively within the programme and according to the instructors’ directions. The enjoyment lies as much in that progress as in the sensations themselves.
