Before taking the wheel
Participation requirements
A valid driving licence and compliance with the programme’s age, size and fitness requirements are necessary. The team checks these with you before confirmation. Read your offer’s conditions and let us know any relevant constraints.
Equipment and instruction
The safety briefing is part of the programme. Equipment and clothing instructions are detailed in your invitation. Instructors guide your progress and discuss each session with you.
Insurance and options
Available options and prices depend on the offer and circuit. The configurator only shows those for your selected programme. Coverage, exclusions and excesses are specified in the proposal and organiser’s documents.
Guests
A guest pass is required where specified by the programme. Select the available number in your offer’s options. Access, age restrictions and included services are confirmed before arrival.
Weather and rescheduling
Weather, track conditions or technical constraints may require programme changes. Rescheduling and cancellation terms are in your proposal. An enquiry does not hold a place: the team confirms the session in writing.

Magny-Cours Grand Prix and Club: Circuit de Nevers Magny-Cours, Nièvre. Barcelona-Catalunya: Montmeló, near Barcelona. Your invitation gives the meeting point, access and exact timings.
